About the event
All inclusive therapeutic retreat in Costa Rica.
Exclusively for women’s health and wellbeing!
Focus on reproductive health (fertility), restoration and harmonization of menstrual cycle, transition to “second spring” (menopause).
I will be with you during all of this time and I’m sure each of you will leave Costa Rica with solid plan how to reach your goal. It can be pregnancy, regular menstrual cycle, smooth transition and understanding of “second spring”, digestive health, emotional and hormonal balance and acceptance and connection to your divine feminine nature!
What you will get:
- Acupuncture treatments in a morning and evening
- One massage session during your stay
- Morning exercise for female health (not yoga)
- Cooking and analyzing food from 5 elements prospective (what is more suitable for you in different time of the year, health condition and cycle of life)
- You will be given some challenge to work on your own (drawing/ journaling your experience)
- During the day, enjoy sun bathing by the pool or ocean
- Accommodation- individual room with bathroom
- Food- breakfast and dinner
- Keep in mind: NO alcohol and any kind of drugs during the retreat
- Transportation is not provided
- Limited to three attendees at one retreat
- Want to take your child with you? I totally understand it! We will provide babysitting during your stay (additional charge)
