Tai chi is a form of exercise that based in martial arts. It has many similar emotional and physical benefits as yoga and involves slow movements, deep breathing and meditation.

Try Tai Chi with our instructors. They can help you get started even if you are beginner and have no experience.
What to expect:
We start our treatment class with the Yang style tai chi form which consists of graceful and slow movements.
Yang style allows people of all ages and fitness levels to start easily and continue to practice it safely to improve their health and well-being.
Tai chi class will last for 50 minutes and after that you will stay on the mat on the floor to receive an acupuncture treatment.
Soul of Lotus offers three acupuncture treatments on your choice, pick one you like:
1) Stress managment and detox
2) Harmonious Sleep
3) Smooth digestion
Acupuncture treatment will last for 30- 40 minutes but even just 15 minutes will be beneficial.
- Please, arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete required paperwork ( medical history and consent form) without it you will not be allowed to participate and receive the treatment.
- Wear loose stretchable clothing
- Bring your yoga mat and towel
- If you need any equipment such a straps and blocks, please bring yours
